About Me
I’m Will Harvey.
I work as a mechatronics engineer during the day and really enjoy being able to make multidisciplinary systems work. I have worked on performance cars, driver-in-the-loop simulators, autonomous vehicles, and electric machines. My career is mostly in automotive, but my interest lies in anything that makes a positive contribution to the world around us. I currently work at a startup focused on improving electric motor and powertrain technology, where we’re working to minimize the need for rare earth elements without compromising the efficiency of electric machines.
Outside of work, I do a lot of car/racing things, bake (bread mostly), play tennis, hike, and fundraise for Cystic Fibrosis research.
